Genesis 9:13
I set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth.

Seeing a Rainbow means that God is bringing his, peace to you on that matter.

10)Every Hindering Altars erected against my breakthrough receive the judgement of fire now in Jesus name.
